If i'm not mistaken, the constitution states that we require 50% of members to form a quorum. So, your presence is *important*, lest the AGM embarassingly becomes null and void. :-(

I'm sorry if I've been terribly quiet for the past few months. "I'm extremely busy" is an understatement. Thousand apologies too if the website is outdated. Please drop by at our website and if there's anyone you know whose e-mail addy has changed, please inform me.
